The Hotel is conveniently within a easy walking distance of the village of Alvor. Once a sleepy small place it is now a popular location for good restaurants, fun bars and night life. For the sporting enthusiast there are 9 golf courses in the vicinity, two further tennis clubs, and two lawn bowling clubs.
