Open in 1998 it offers in its 19-story building 208 Standard rooms (including 2 for disabled guests), 15 Junior Suites, 26 Suites rooms and 1 Presidential suite.

Each of the rooms is fully equipped with air-conditioning, satellite TV, direct-dial telephone, mini-bar, double-glazing and links for faxes and personal computers.

The Presidential suite features an 8-seater dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. All bathrooms include a massaging shower and hair-drier. The hotel’s executive floors have a private lounge and reception area.

- Leaving the Airport, take the right lane.
- Stay on the main road all the way to the end, then take the right lane (indication: IC21 Porto / Viana do Castelo / póvoa do varzim).
- To enter IC21, follow the signs to Porto.
- Following that main road all the way to the end, you will be entering Porto.
- Go straight ahead until the roundabout (rotunda da Boavista / Praça Mousinho de Albuquerque).
- Take the 1st exit on the right (Avenida da Boavista).
- Follow the Avenida da Boavista and after 600 metres the Porto Palácio Hotel will be situated on your left-hand side
